His musical career covers the entire classical period\, from the end of Baroque music to the beginnings of Romanticism. It is both the bridge and the engine that enabled this evolution. Haydn is called the father of the symphony \nJacqueline Fontyn\nBorn in Antwerp in 1930\, Jacqueline Fontyn proved very talented at the piano at a very young age. The excellent Russian teacher Ignace Bolotine gives him daily piano and improvisation lessons! At 6 years old\, she wrote her first composition. Haydn wordt de vader van de symfonie genoemd. \n  \nJacqueline Fontyn\n  \nJacqueline Fontyn\, geboren in 1930 in Antwerpen\, bleek al op zeer jonge leeftijd zeer getalenteerd aan de piano. De uitstekende Russische leraar Ignace Bolotine geeft hem dagelijks piano- en improvisatielessen! Op 6-jarige leeftijd schreef ze haar eerste compositie. Op 15-jarige leeftijd besloot ze componist te worden. \nZe leerde muzikaal schrijven\, harmonie\, contrapunt\, fuga en vooral compositie en orkestratie. En in Parijs ontdekte ze de wereld van Schönberg. \nIn 1956 volgde ze de directieklas van Hans Swarowsky aan de Weense Academie. Van 1956 tot 1959 verbleef ze in de Muziekkapel Koningin Elisabeth in Waterloo\, waar ze afstudeerde. \nVanaf 1963 doceerde ze muziektheorie aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Antwerpen; in 1970 werd ze benoemd tot hoogleraar compositie aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Brussel\, een functie die ze in 1990 verliet om te reageren op talrijke uitnodigingen van buitenlandse universiteiten en conservatoria\, vooral uit Europa (Duitsland\, Frankrijk\, Hongarije\, Nederland). Polen\, Slovenië\, Zwitserland)\, de Verenigde Staten (van New York tot San Francisco)\, Israël\, Egypte\, Azië (China\, Korea\, Singapore\, Taiwan) en Nieuw-Zeeland. \nTot de onderscheidingen die hem werden toegekend behoren onder meer de Oscar Espla-prijs in Spanje en de Arthur Honegger-prijs van de Fondation de France\, de opdracht voor het Vioolconcert opgelegd tijdens de finale van de « Koningin Elisabethwedstrijd » in 1976\, evenals twee opdrachten voor de Koussevitzky Foundation in de Library of Congress in Washington. \nSinds 2006 wordt een aanzienlijk deel van zijn manuscripten bewaard in de Library of Congress. On appelle Haydn le père de la symphonie  \nJacqueline Fontyn\nNée à Anvers en 1930\, Jacqueline Fontyn se révèle très jeune fort douée pour le piano. L’excellent pédagogue russe Ignace Bolotine lui donne des leçons quotidiennes de piano et d’improvisation! A  6 ans\, elle écrit sa première composition. A 15 ans\, elle décide de devenir compositrice. \nElle apprend l’écriture musicale\, l’harmonie\, le contrepoint\, la fugue et surtout la composition et l’orchestration. Et à Paris\, elle découvre l’univers de Schoenberg. \nElle fréquente\, en 1956\, la classe de direction d’orchestre de Hans Swarowsky\, à l’Académie de Vienne. Un quart de siècle plus tard\, elle sera invitée à diriger\, pendant deux ans\, l’orchestre formé par les étudiants et professeurs de l’Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve. De 1956 à 1959\, elle séjourne à la Chapelle musicale Reine Élisabeth à Waterloo\, dont elle est graduée. \nDès 1963\, elle enseigne la théorie musicale au Conservatoire Royal d’Anvers; en 1970\, elle est nommée professeur de composition au Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles\, poste qu’elle quittera en 1990\, pour répondre à de nombreuses invitations d’universités et de conservatoires étrangers\, notamment d’Europe (Allemagne\, France\, Hongrie\, Pays-Bas\, Pologne\, Slovénie\, Suisse)\, des Etats-Unis (de New York à San Francisco)\, d’Israël\, d’Egypte\, d’Asie (Chine\, Corée\, Singapore\, Taiwan) et de Nouvelle Zélande. \nParmi les distinctions qui lui ont été attribuées\, citons le Prix Oscar Espla en Espagne et le Prix Arthur Honegger de la Fondation de France\, la commande du Concerto pour Violon imposé aux finales du « Concours Reine Elisabeth » en 1976\, ainsi que deux commandes de la Fondation Koussevitzky de la Librairie du Congrès à Washington. \nDepuis 2006\, une partie importante de ses manuscrits sont conservés à la Librairie du Congrès. Na haar studies aan het Yewon Art College\, Seoul Arts High School en de Korea National University of Arts\, kwam ze in 2010 naar Frankrijk om haar artistieke studie voort te zetten. Ze studeerde bij Olivier Gardon aan de CRR in Parijs en behaalde het Diploma of Improvement en Concertist in piano anno 2012. \nDaarna trad ze toe tot het Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris\, behaalde ze het Masterdiploma piano (klas van Denis Pascal) in 2014\, en het Masterdiploma pianobegeleiding (klas van Jean-Frédéric Neuburger) in 2018. \nZe viel op tijdens de Chopin International Piano Competition in Azië (Japan) in 2003 en won de eerste prijs. She has just won the second Prize at the International Harp Competition “Suoni d’Arpa” in Saluzzo. \nVirginia was chosen as harpist of the orchestra “Kodály Zoltán World Youth Orchestra” of Debrecen (Hungary) in the context of the “Young Musicians’ Summer Academy”\, directed by Vásáry Tamás with which she performed on tour in July 2019. \nShe was selected\, along with 24 other young harpists from around the world\, to participate in the “Focus on Youth”\, a competition that took place as part of the “World Harp Congress” in Cardiff in 2021. \nShe has been perfected with Isabelle Perrin and Alexander Boldachev. She also learned the violin\, then later the cello and she finished the academy in both violin and piano with great distinction. In 2009\, winner of the DEXIA Classics competition\, she joined the Royal Conservatory of Liège\, in the class of Philippe Koch\, and graduated in June 2015. \nShe also studied chamber music with Jean-Gabriel Raelet and began a second master’s degree in violin at the IMEP in Namur in the class of Yossif Ivanov (violin) and Gilles Millet (chamber music). \nFor her\, the essence of music lies in sharing\, with the public\, with the musicians and with her students. Initié par son père\, il intègre rapidement le Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles dans la classe d’Antigoni Goni. \nMaster en guitare et écriture\, finaliste du 1° Concours Honda de musique classique\, lauréat de la prestigieuse bourse Horlait-Dapsens\, il donne de nombreux concerts en Italie\, France\, Allemagne\, Jordanie et Chine. \nIl joue en tant que soliste avec orchestre ( Bozar) mais également avec de nombreux partenaires chambristes. Prokofiev : Sonate pour violon et piano n°1 en fa mineur op. 80\n\n\n\nKarl Naegelen :\nKarl Naegelen est un compositeur français né en 1979. \nSa musique est le fruit d’une patiente recherche de qualités sonores\, nourrie par un travail en étroite relation avec les musiciens. En France\, il collabore notamment avec le Quatuor Bélà\, l’Instant donné\, les Orchestres nationaux de Lille et de Lyon\, l’Opéra de Rouen\, les Percussions de Strasbourg\, en Belgique avec le Hermesensemble\, Sturm und Klang\, le duo SchangAy et à l’étranger avec les ensembles Divertimento (Italie)\, Pegasus (Danemark)\, Wavefield (US)… \nSon travail avec des improvisateurs\, acteurs\, enfants et amateurs l’a conduit à une réflexion sur la notation qu’il développe au sein du collectif et label européen Umlaut Records. Il a passé le début de sa carrière à Francfort dans l’orchestre très moderne des Thurn und Taxis et est inspiré par l’école de Mannheim. \n  \nPieter van Maldere est plus jeune que Henri-Jacques de Croes mais ils entrent tous les deux au service de Charles-Alexandre de Lorraine à la même époque. Pieter travaille dans l’orchestre de son aîné en tant que soliste très reconnu et fort apprécié de tous. \n  \nIl a l’occasion de faire de nombreux voyages\, notamment à Paris où il joua pour le Concert Spirituel\, quelques années après Telemann. \n  \nBaroccoTout nous fait découvrir ces deux grandes personnalités musicales avides de renouvellement et d’innovation\, encore trop méconnues du grand public belge. \n  \n\nL’ensemble BarrocoTout se présente :\n  \n« Inspirés par le sketch de Muchachada Nui “Barroco Tú” (“Baroque toi-même”)\, nous avons eu l’idée de créer un ensemble baroque au nom francisé en BarrocoTout. \nLe groupe a été créé en 2013 au coeur de l’Europe\, à Bruxelles. Nous sommes cinq musiciens spécialisés dans l’interprétation de la musique ancienne. \nEn plus des recherches d’interprétation historique que nous faisons\, nous cherchons à trouver et développer un univers sonore qui nous est propre. Nous souhaitons à la fois jouer les œuvres connues du répertoire pour notre formation\, mais également découvrir de nouveaux horizons\, à travers des oeuvres de compositeurs moins connus comme Henry Jacques De Croes  ou  Herman-François Delange\, mais aussi avec des transcriptions d’oeuvres pour d’autres formations ou venant d’autres époques. \nCette curiosité nous a amené à créer des programmes autour de textes poétiques\, d’une histoire qui guide les auditeurs tout au long du concert ou d’un programme alliant danse et musique. \nNos origines françaises et espagnoles\, nos personnalités et histoires diverses nous apportent une richesse et une originalité que nous espérons rafraîchissante pour le public. \nEn 2015\, nous avons été sélectionnés pour le programme Eeemerging en partenariat avec le Ccr d’Ambronay où nous sommes restés deux ans. \nNous avons joué au Festival d’Ambronay (France)\, au Fringe Festival Oude Muziek d’Utrecht (Pays-Bas)\, au Internationale Händel-Festspiele de Göttingen (Allemagne)\, au Festival Musiqu’3 (Belgique)\, au Festival de Musique de Chambre à l’Abbaye Musicale de Malonne (Belgique) et au Riga Early Music Center (Lettonie).
